Karen Doolittle

Service Coordinator / Administrator

HighTec is lucky that Karen joined the team in May of 2022 after relocating from Virginia.  Karen worked  the previous 11 years for one appraisal company where she was the "Jack of all trades - employee of one!"  Her job responsibilities included scheduling/dispatching appraisers, marketing, payroll, business insurance, onboarding new appraisers and mortgage companies and more!  Karen is currently dispatching the service technicians along with rebuilding procedures in the service department.  When calling into HighTec she will be that sweet voice you hear at the other end.  Again we are lucky to have her and appreciate the dedication and knowledge she has brought to HighTec.

Karen is currently updating our dispatch system to serve our customers even better than we have in the past!

Crucita "Cris" Mayer

Special Projects

Cris was with the HighTec Team from 1996 to 2011 as Office Manager and returned in 2019 to do Special Projects.  Cris is all about "Working Hard and Playing Hard".  Currently she is handling payroll, HR, IT and trying her best to find time to do the Special Projects she was hired to do.  What is Special Projects?  Keeping the company LEAN.  What does that mean?  Continually reviewing the company procedures and management practices in order to  improve efficiency and effectiveness.   Cris' biggest passion outside of work - constantly having fun with her husband of 37 years and her 2 grandsons - and of course their parents!

(2024 we will be building a home in Tuckerton - shell by contractor - everything else by us - electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, yada, yada, yada - we do it all and most of all we have FUN!)
