Job Description & What You Will Learn-

  • $16 per hour to start (paid training included)

  • $18 per hour upon completion and passing the 90 day training period will gain your  acceptance into the Rapid Rangers

  • Paid Training Program

  • Task targeted awards program after 90 days

  • Team collaboration

  • Assembly and installation of HVAC elements

  • Prints/Drawing review

  • Communication skills

  • Time Management

Qualifications-

* Entry Level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

* Willingness to learn

* Mechanically inclined

* Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment

* The ability to lift 60 pounds

* Ability to problem solve

* Ability to utilize critical thinking skills

* The ability to stand for long periods of time

* The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly

* An interest in advancing in HVAC trade

* Ready to put in the time to start a lifetime career!
