HIGHTEC is an open shop commercial heating and air conditioning mechanical contracting firm providing expertise in the design and installation of mechanical HVAC systems. Our specialties include high quality installation of mechanical HVAC systems-air distribution systems both above and underground, process piping and direct digital controls.
We can perform from a plan and spec installation to a design build installation with the same degree of quality and confidence, giving our clients a more versatile and/or cost effective system. This in many cases can result in a more competitive edge.
A project completed on schedule and within budget is the bench mark of success. HIGHTEC has a proven track record of successful projects throughout the Tri-State area. No single project has secured our reputation as a quality mechanical contractor. Rather, it is our known ability to follow through consistently in the field, along with our in-house ability to translate client requirements and specification into and on-time reality. Along with our knowledge that quality is one of the single most important parts of cost effective performance, gains us the respect and confidence of our clients.
Proud of our past we are prepared for the future so we are constantly re-educating ourselves on emerging technology. Our IT systems include upgraded accounting software with proprietary mechanical construction software. The company also uses Wendes digitizer estimating software, as well as a job cost tracking system and Auto CAD for engineering drawings.

Provide conceptual budgetary pricing, construction team consultation, sealed mechanical drawings and coordinated construction build out through project completion at a cost significantly below the plan and spec process.
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Our design drawings are prepared using AutoCAD. We have the capabilities to produce 3D Virtual Reality mechanical drawings, which can be downloaded or emailed.
Scheduling – Fast Track
We can prepare a computerized project schedule to ensure that the milestones and completion dates are reached as early as possible. Delivery problems are identified early so that corrective action can be taken before delays are inevitable.
